Dear patients of Dr. van Vugt-van Rossum and Dr. Schuiringa,
We would like to inform you about a temporary change within your GP team at Huisartsenpraktijk Vechtrijk.
Dr. Maartje van Vugt – van Rossum is absent for an extended period due to health reasons. Her recovery and rehabilitation are expected to take several more months. We naturally hope that she will be able to resume her duties in due course.
During this period, care for her patients will be taken over by your regular GP, Dr. Frederique Schuiringa, together with two regular locum GPs: Dr. Simon Kraanen and Dr. Annemarie Verkerk. They will temporarily form your GP team and collectively ensure the continuity of your medical care.
We explicitly strive to work with a team that is as small and consistent as possible, so that care remains personal and clear.
