Residents of certain parts of Muiden, including De Krijgsman, may also be able to register with our practice. Whether registration is possible depends partly on your home address and whether our practice can reach you promptly in the event of an emergency.

We provide GP care at our location in Gezondheidscentrum Weespersluis at Fort Diemerdamplein 1D in Weesp and at our location at Jonkheer Huydecoperstraat 1A in Nigtevecht.

Changing GP within Weesp

Are you already registered with another GP practice in Weesp and would you like to transfer to our practice? We will first arrange an introductory meeting with you.

During this meeting, we will discuss:

your reason for changing GP practices;
what you expect from our practice and GP care;
what our practice can and cannot provide;
whether the transfer is appropriate for both parties.

We believe it is important to discuss expectations clearly in advance. In our view, the standard of GP care in Weesp is good. Transferring to another practice within the area is therefore not always necessary and will be carefully discussed with you.

An introductory meeting does not automatically mean that you will be registered with our practice. After the meeting, we will decide together whether the transfer is appropriate.

support for mental health problems;
chronic disease management;
preventive care and lifestyle advice;
minor surgical procedures;
insertion and removal of an intrauterine device (IUD);
support from our mental health practice nurse (POH-GGZ);
online appointments, repeat prescription requests and secure online questions through the patient portal.

We consider clear explanations about symptoms, examinations and treatments an essential part of good care. Whenever possible, we will decide together with you which care is most appropriate for your situation.

How do you register?

Do you live within our practice area and would you like to become a patient at Huisartsenpraktijk Vechtrijk? Please complete the online registration form.

We will review your application after receiving it. If you are already registered with another GP in Weesp, we will contact you to arrange an introductory meeting.

Your registration is only final once you have received confirmation from our practice. Please do not deregister from your current GP until we have confirmed your registration.
